I was looking at reviews of Debt elimination agencies and came across debt free destiny com which is apparently owned by Brad who is also the founder of Court Mediation Services (known as Integrity Debt Relief also) He praises the company he founded obviously and looking at the thread at the bottom of the page, many people like us were questioning if this company is really legit and if it really does work.

I just got a call from a collection company and I told them that I was already talking to the bank about settling it. I could settle 1 card with the bank but they are in charge of the other card. They said that they are going to try to take my assets. The thing is, I don't own a house, I don't own a car, I rent a house and live with my fiance. What kind of things can they take?

I've just been contacted by Allied Interstate about a Mastercard that they say was issued in 1998 and one payment was made on Jan. 8, 1999. I really have no recollection of this, but they seem to have all my correct information as far as my SSN#, address, etc. When I called them back they were not rude at all and seemed to be professional on the phone. I'm just amazed on a collection that far back, and I'm really having a hard time trying to recall this credit card. Is there a staute of limitations on this if it's legit?

I am preparing to contact Chase and offer a settlement but I reveived a call at work from a collection company and I told them that I contacted Chase and that we are working on a settlement and he began to call me a liar and that I am making it up. Then he asked for the guys name and phone number because he was going to get him fired because what he is doing is illegal. He said that Chase contacted him and told him that they want to go after my assets. Would Chase still be willing to a settlement or is he making all of this up so I will pay him?

I have a Payday loan and i'm wanting to pay it off. The debits that i receive say first west coast. the phone number attatched to the debit is a fax number. does anyone know how i can find these guys so i can be done with it

I already had one company cash one send it to this "Attorney" and I went to the office and paid. Now another PDL is at this office but now they calll them selves IDR (Innovative Debt Recovery) and that if I do not pay them they are going to send this to The ATtorney for prosecution. The office is in Phoenix AZ and I live in Mesa az. The Payday one and The other one buckeye checksmart are both store fronts. I am going to pay and have already made one pmt but I am am also getting a lawyer to pusue action against them for illegal collection practices.
