I need to know which credit cards to start paying first: the ones with the highest (which are the ones w/ the highest credit limit)interest rate or the credit cards with the lower spending limits.

Hello, i have a question. I have posted here about questions conerning my landlord before and I honestly do not know how to handle this one. First keep in mind that I am most likely going to be late this month. That's my first hurdle and it's what makes this complicated. My apartment is a three story house, i rent the first floor. Hi everyone, UCB (united collection bureau) is a 3rd party collector for my citibank account which they have been harassing me about. I sent them a validation letter and they have not yet responded but I did send it CMRR so i know they received it already. They had been calling me yelling at me and not identifying themselves etc. I now know to record the calls and that's what I'm doing. During the last call, I was offered a settlement of $5600 on a 12000 debt.

I am married and have 2 credit cards in my name only that I have defaulted on. I have found out this is also being reported on my husband's credit. He is only an authorized user on these credit cards, they are not joint accounts, in fact, I opened them before we were married. How can his credit get hit for this and what do we do to get this off his credit?
