Pay day loan yes has illegally taken money out of my account. Cleaned it dry. I had an account with them and closed my account. Filed a claim against them with the Department of consumer Affairs. They told me the loan was null and void. However, somehow they obtained my information some how and like I said cleaned my account out. I need help. I contacted the bank and they said they would do an investigation. However, this is going to take atleast five days. Is there any advice you can give me? I am really desperate!

i've been searching around here and have found alot of help, but no really solid answer... this is my first time dealing with a CA and i have a small debt(600 or so) to a collection agency that i will be paying off in 3 smaller payments...now my question is...a check from my personal checking account...is it safe to send? i would do a western union check, but also heard the tracking can be a real PITA,and it would cost me another 15 bucks per transaction... but also heard some stories about them having your banking info thanks!

these are the only two online pdls i got. i just want to know if any of you guys have'em too. any reviews about them? what can they do to you and what they cannot do to you if you are default? if you dont pay'em back??

yeah, what if all the payday loan companies are shut closed forever?? wonder if that would ever be possible. hehehe some are closing down due to the economy. LUCKYCASH4U is closed in las vegas. i heard that cashland from another st8 is closing too. god, i hope all pdl would close out. thats a good start for everybody. we wont have to pay'em back anymore. no more loans. hehehe

where online can i make my loan payment so that they will not go through my bank account. as of Jan. 30, 2009 stop payments through my bank account instead take from credit card.

So I totally understand that students loans cannot be discharged in bankruptcy under normal circumstances. BUT my question is this: If they cannot be discharged, then why aren't they are a nessescary expense when doing the means test? I don't qualify for Ch 7 BK per my atty consultation because it looks like I have money to pay my bills, but I really don't (I have negative) one I pay the mandatory student loan payments and living expsenses/childcare. Even Ch 13 payment plan would be structured without taking into account my massive student loan payment according to the atty. Is he correct?

where do i go to make an online debit card payment toward my loan. its due on the 2nd and i want it to come out of the credit card not my bank account? so where can i make a credit/debit card payment on my loan

who exactly can sue you - can a collection agency sue or is it only the original creditor, and how do i find out who owns the debt. thank you
