hello, After not being able to get a regular credit card, I tried Applied bank credit card online and was denied. Has anyone been denied from them before and if so why? Thank you confused and sad what now?

Sessoms and rodgers have sent me interrogatories in which they ask was I aware NC did not require a written contract on credit card debt. Does anyone have any feed back on this. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks![/font][/color]

Has anybody ever used them to pay off Payday loan lenders. I have two, one with MyCashNow.com and PayDayone.com. I am thinking about doing it, but scared to. I don't want to go to jail or have my wages garnished. I live in Texas, so any advice would be helpful.

I have two issues. Before finding this website I took out two payday loans a couple of years ago, things got tough and even though I tried working with them for the repayment they kept taking out the money from my bank account, resulting in an overdraft. I finally closed down the account. Late 2008 I received a call from a collection agency representing BIG LLc, the rep told me a owed $2700 (i only took out $250) due to all the NSF. He offered me to start paying at least the fees so my account could be current.

I currently have 4 Pay day loans. I have worked myself into an impossible situation financially. Are the following pdl places legal? 500 Fast Cash borrowed $300.00 - paid $300.00 balance $480.00 Loan Point USA borrowed $500.00 - paid $1250.00 balance $850.00 AeroAdvance borrowed $300.00 - paid $937.00 balance $190.00 PDL Loan Center borrowed $300.00 - paid $370.00 balance $390.00 (or more, I don't know) I live in Mississippi. I am closing my bank account. What will these places do to me.

I am mailing off Certified letters to the Credit bureaus on various negative entries, asking them to verify or remove. I know there is a time limit that they have to verify, what is it?
