Who debits from your Checking Account under the reference Fast Cash?

Got a call today from united cash loans at my job. The woman said i owed 356 on a 150 dollar.. since joining this sitei found they are illegal and I would only owe 105.I already had paid 45 dollar principle pmt.. she was very demanding like we can take a credit card pmt over the phone i kept telling her this is my job phone are calls can be recorded i could get fired.. she still kept saying i can take a cardpmt it want take but 3mins if you dont do this then i will note your account failure to pay.

I went to my bank this morning. They were not helpful at all. I am currently working on filing a complaint against the branch manager there for being completely unprofessional. Anyway I asked for the numbers of the ACH processor that did the debits on my account and was told they could only give me the bank numbers. These are the same numbers on my bank statements. What do I do now? I am overdrawn by 1300.00 and my bank will not help me stop them.

Anyone had success with pdl blocks with Bank of America? If so, how long did it last before the companies tried to debit your account again?

Hello, I contacted the Student Loan Ombudsman and told them that a Collection Agency is insisting on $550 per month to rehibilitate. I have tried and tried to work with them to no avail. I explained that my monthly income is less than $1500 and I have 2 children. When I told them that I knew I was entitled to "reasonable and affordable" payments in complience with government standards, they Laughed and said that reasonable and affordable meant nothing to them and that $150 (what I offered) was not reasonable on a $50,000 loan.

I got a call stating that he received a message stating that I refused to pay the amount owed (per them) for a PDL. I did not refuse to pay, I stated I would pay principal and only via money order, they refuse to do this. This guy who called today left me a message saying it was getting ready to be turned over for small claims court and if I wanted to deal with that? He asked me to call him and let him know what "my beef" was with the company. Will they do a small claims court?

I contacted Langhorne and could not get assistance. The agent advised that the PDL's had to be in collections status. Has anyone worked with DDS (Destination debt solutions)?

How about this one? It's not even my loan/credit, my name isn't on any of the notes that these collectors keep harrassing me about, but for some reason my phone number is used as a reference. What can I do about this?

I am in the process of refinance my house, just found out that there is a medical bill in my record before moved out of PA in 2004. It is a medical bill ($583, I only had the co-pay of $100, so I never expected this bill.) Collection agency is NCO FIN/51. What should I do to resolve this? Also there is an autoloan for the vehicle I have paid off with GMAC for $6900, I have already paid off the loan in 2004, sold the car, but didn't retain the paperwork. How do I clean up the credit report?

Hey, I have a question. As some of you may know I have been playing with GPTs (Get Paid to) for the past few months. I had pretty good luck with some, mostly Cash Crate. But I am sick of them and I think my referral base is as large as it's gonna be.. so I looked into amazon turking and i signed up and did some. they are more fun than gpt and it seems maybe i could make some spending money doing it. does anyone else "turk'? it seems like something alot of people here might enjoy. i doubt it will make anyone rich but i made about $20 this past week, which helped for gas money..
