hey, I applied for a payday loan with this company and after someone called me and said that I would need direct deposit to qualify, I cancelled. However, they deposited the money in my account anyway. Now I can't get in touch with anybody from their company. how can i stop this company from constantly trying to debit my account and/or mess up my credit?

I am dealing with this one called payday services, my loan was for 500 and the interest is 300. This company is different from most that I have dealt with. I filled out the information online but once submitted they called me on the phone and i agreed to everything verbally. They never sent my any contracts through email the way most of them did is this legal?? My sister insists that I should not pay the interest and should only do the principal she says that tx law does not permit that much interest is this true?? has anyone dealt with this company? please help!!

I understand this is a free service. Is that correct? I have very limited money and a lot of debt including harrassing phone calls from creditors. I need someone to handle it for me. they call daily at work and at home.

My student loan is in dafault (62000), I received a call from a lady stating that she was with Dept of Ed. one day later my office received a call wanting someone to verify that I worked their via a social security number (they would give the last 4 numbers). It was a Collection Agency CCA. I was there and I talked to them for over an hour. The first Joanne was very helpful, I told her I would be happy to pay an amount that I could afford but I have 3 kids and my husband was just recently laid off from work. She then wanted to do a financial statement, which I did.

I haven't heard any response from some of the loans I took out. What should I do? Should I continue sending them the letter until I hear from them?

My credit card with Chase was covered by disability insurance and my identity was stolen and used ading to a debt. Chase ignored my claim for disability. Chase sold my account to DODEKA and now they are sueing for more than the account is worth and going through Superior Court rather than Small Claims Court. They are saying I breached the contract with them because they are the legal owners. I am representing myself and need help on answers or motions, do you have some ideas? :?

I received a letter back from Wells Fargo which denied my "Goodwill" request for them to remove the inquiries from them which are showing on my credit reports. I have a Mortgage with them and have been late several times this year, but NOT ever over 30 days, so my credit report is not being negatively affected by them that way. BUT apparently each time I am over 10 days, they run my credit, and it is showing as a hard inquiry each time. One of them I can understand was due to my request for Loan Modification. But the other 5 times I can't.

Are these the same company? I recieve a last attempt collection email from both of these companies minutes apart from each other and it was the same format but different account number and names. Also are they legal in Wisconsin? I do not think so but I wanted to check to makes sure.

Does anyone have an active number for Nevis Marketing. (I'm usually just lurking here) I have a PDL with them and want to close it out, however when I call them, it says the number has been disconnected. They're scheduled to pull from my bank account on Friday and I'm sure they'll be able to, but I can't get ahold of them? Grrr
