MU LAON DEPT. WITH ED FUND SAID I HAD A LEIN AGAINST MY STATE BUT NOT AGAINST MY FEDERAL REFUND DOES THAT MEAN WILL ISTILL GET MY FEDERAL REFUND AND JUST NOT MY STATE OR ARE THEY GOING TO TAKE THEM BOTH ANYWAYS

Ok, I went in today to ask about an EPP (This is my last store front that offers it) my rollover fee is due Friday. I was told that if I did not do it today (48 hours out) I would not be able to do it for another two weeks. Does this sound right? I am calling the Corporate Office tomorrow but that is not in line with CFSA Best Practices. I was unable to make it to the bank and back to the store before they closed.

I sent them a C/D and D/V letter back on January 6 of this year. They sent me a very rude letter back with the loan agreement that I "signed" online, stating I was going to pay the loan or basically go to jail, etc. I am once again sending them the same C/D letter that I sent them and Cash Advance Network on January 6 (this one got returned to me, but magically, ARM got theirs...hmmmmm), as well as a copy of the laws in Indiana for internet payday loans, but this time, I have had it with them playing games, so I am also enclosing a new letter.

I recently contacted the collection agency (ATI) to make arrangements to start making payments on my outstanding, defaulted loan. I'm finally working again after a long unemployed spell, and wanted to try and get things right. After a million questions over the phone they finally asked me for 3 'references'. Or as we all know, 3 people they'll call if for some reason I don't answer my phone. Well I offered them my Mother as a contact. But I have no other family at all. And I am not comfortable giving out the personal information of friends or acquaintances.

I signed on with PDL Assistance to consolidate some pay day loans (7 of them). I was really concerned that Zip 19 and MyPAyDAyloan told me they would not deal with PDL. they continue to harass me and have contacted my manager at work. Does anyone know if Zip and Mypayday do deal with PDL? I am in panic mode right now.
