Do you have to wait for a judgment or after you file a complaint or what? Anyone know? I apologize if this has already been answered but after doing my own research, I didn't see it.

My son applied on-line for a $300 payday advance in October. To conclude this transaction, 500fastcash was to send the loan details to his email, and he was to confirm after logging in with a username and password they provided. To this date he has never received any emails from 500fastcash, including one with a username or password. As a result, he has never confirmed the loan details and assumed he had been denied for the loan. However, 500fastcash did electronically deposit $300 into his checking account on October 20.

So I have some debts that collection companies sold to other collection companies. The date of the actual breech is past the 4 year SOL for california, but the dates they use are much more recent because the companies sell them off... Can I get these companies to get off my credit report based on this? Also, Im being dinged for the same thing like 3 times, from 3 seperate companies. I dont get it. Is this legal? Thanks!!

Ok so I have a small bill from At & T that's been placed with these people. So I asked for an address to send the balance, the collector said they only do over the phone payments, of course I know that's bull, and I DID NOT provide any of my banking info. So here's my question how do I pay them??? Thanks Reny

I am hoping I can get some help on this forum. Like many others on the forum have said, I also got myself into a very difficult situation and I hate myself for it. One PDL led to another, and now I have 6 that I can't pay and they are making my life a living hell. I followed advice on the forum and had my bank put ACH stops on them but they keep trying to debit my account every other Friday and now I am overdrawn so bad and my own money isn't available to me because their ACH attempts keep holding up the funds.

I'm about to enter a debt settlement company and want to know if there are any companies out there that really do offer an excellent cleaning of your credit report or are they all just offering the possibility of doing it? Can attorney's do this better? Are there such things to pay for a removal?

Their website says their office in Washington, D.C., but I talk to someone out of Irvine, California. We have been working with them for a couple of weeks and trying to decide if we want to use them to settle our tremendous debt.

How long does it usually take them to get the info to you once you've contacted them? Have you had good results with them? It seems almost too good to be true!

I bank with Bank of America and have been with them for over 20 years. I'm getting ready to close my account and open a new one with them but I'm worried about my ACH's coming through and the old account being reopened. I've read some horror stories about some of the banks when this is done. How can they reopen the old account when it is closed. CLOSED IS CLOSED!! How long does it take for a pdl to realize that a stop payment has been placed on an ACH?
