What do you do when the bureaus say "the investigation is frivolous and the wont investigate" or how do they have to proove its your debt when it says account unknown and they say verified? Thanks from Seattle, Washington

Is there any form letter for collection agencies to stop hassasing you saying you owe ie $835 and you tell them that you are on a debt management plan and they are making $30 a month since 2007 and you have in writing from the debt magnment compapny that they have been paying them and they are not giving you credit for it,? Pls help!

I had a creditors in-house collector contact a relative to find my location. This company has my address and telephone number. I was surprised about this considering that this relative is not a co-signer or reference for the account. Am I entitled to know how this creditor obtained my relative's home phone number?

I have two online payday loans...It started out as a simple loan that I would pay back once my disability payment from medical leave at work kicked in....Needless to say Im still fighting the the benefits dept at my job and have yet to receive a single payment, so now since I have been unable to pay my pdl, my checking acct is overdrawn $400 b/c the pdl companies keep trying to send ach debits through...I need help, Im willing to set up a payment with them, since all I need is a little time. Intregrity Advance..loan of $300 paid $180 so far Payday Yes...loan of $500 paid $150 so far.

Has anyone ever heard of this company? They supposedly have been in business since 1997, but I can't find anything on them. There is a business called "Credit First Financial Solutions LTD., but not a word about the company as plain "Credit First Financial Solutions".

i recently inquired on payday loans and before i knew it i saw deposits in my account including cmg loans w/c i did not authorize,and now they have been charging my account every 2 weeks or payday. i don't mind for the one i authorized but not for the ones i didnt.what should i do.i do not even have their phone numbers.

I have been garnished and don't know from who how can I find out do you have a phone number I can call?

I just received notice I am being taken to court for 4,500 on a 200 dollar loan-is it to late to send them a settlement offer? I don't want a judgement entered on my credit file.

I have posted my situation here a while back and gotten some good advice. However, I am still having issues with these 3. Orignally, I had 5 out. I sent the laws for Indiana along with cease and desist letters to all 5. None of the 5 were legal in Indiana. Outback Bucks and One Click Cash have stopped contacting me, but refuse to provide me with a breakdown of the charges or set up any payment arrangements.
