Can a CA continue to report on my credit reports if they have sold the account to another CA?

They mailed a letter to Payday Loan YES, and they are doing an investigation. Hopefully I won't hear anything from them again. I haven't gotten any calls in awhile.

I have been ripped off by the same copanies you people have used Nevis Marketing, SSM Group, RealSecureid.com, I've notified my Bank and filed a complain with ICU(Internet Crime Unit) of the FBI. I have been inundated with emails offering me payday loans. I am not kidding, in the last two days I bet I deleted 30plus emails offering me money. Whats going on are they that desperate? I also thought of the possibility that some of my past illegal lenders may be trying to get my information if I applied. When I try to unsubscribe it seems to lock my computer.

Hello, I found out I am on telecheck's list. I read the info on this page. is it the same as chex systems? :( i paid the checks I bounced and now i cannot write checks anywhere (i am assuming all stores use telechecks?) I swore off all checks, but would like to have this info for the future. can anyone help me?

Okay at the first of this month like I was advised to do by several wonderful people here I sent a DV letter to lvnv funding llc I also chose to send a copy to the attorneys mentioned in the summons. I have heard nothing from LVNV Funding directly, however I received a letter from the lawyers today. All they sent was a Balance Affidavit and an Account Info Sheet. None of which are originals originating from Citibank who owned the credit card account in the first place.

I have dealt with payday loans...both in a good way and bad. Based on my experience...payday loans done right can be a great benefit in a pinch..done wrong....can be an absolute nightmare. If you use this outlet to get out of a pinch i.e. car repair, tires, running a little low this pay period...these companies can save you. If you are using them to make it by due to poor spending habits etc....they will eat you alive. 1.

We have had financial difficulties for years since Hurricane Rita came through our town and cut out a large part of our income (from oil royalites -- the hurricane shut down the royalty fields permanently). This past year, we were again hit with Hurricane Ike, putting us in further debt. I have used payday loans from ChecknGo, Cashnetusa, and Paydayone for almost two years. I applied for all of them online -- not at a storefront. I would always extend the loans or pay them off as required and then reapply for the maximum amount because my entire check would be used up paying them off.
