Okay I currently have 4 payday loans in CA and I have defaulted on all of them. I am completely stressed out because they called me all day on my cell and at work. I just don't know what to do anymore. Here are my loans Cashnet USA: I owe 157.50 CashTransfercenters.com: I borrowed 1000.00 but I owe 1386.00 US Fast Cash: I borrowed 200.00 I owe 385.00 United Cash Loans: Borrowed 200.00 owe 385.00 Speedycash: I borrowed 255.00 and I owe 300.00 Does anyone have any advice?

Hello all, wow there is a ton of information here. I have a question, I owe Advanta business card about 31k and they made me one offer of a 9.9% interest rate over 4 years on a payment I could not afford. I am a small business owner that has taken quite a hit in this economy, and I just stopped paying. I did keep in contact with them, but I guess they just gave up on me. I think I was at about 120 days or so. Here is my question. Today I got a message from Phillips & Cohen asking me to call them back about my Advanta account. I guess this is where things start getting tough.

I live in Colorado. Does anyone know of any service out there for consumers (someone to talk to) who need/want to get answers regarding legal actions taken by CA's and what kind of actions can be taken against against them. There is only one lawyer in my area (over an hour away) who handles this kind of thing and believe me he's busy! I have so many questions and can't figure out the answers by myself. All suggestions are appreciated.

Hey guys, I just thought of something...Can the interest paid to payday loan companies be put onto your tax returns?

Okay so if the online lenders I have used for payday loans are giving me loans for more than $350 and are allowing me to rollover my loans 3-4 times, this is illegal? What can I do about this? I have one loan for a principle of $500 and they allow me to roll it over 4 times (paydayone). my other loans are $350 or less but they also let me rollover the loan 3 times. any response would be appreciated!

Okay-we had a debt collector call the people at the address of the house that we sold 5 years ago and ask if they knew me. They didn't give him any information about me but of course he told them my name and who he was with. Can they do this?
