ANY PRIOR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS YOU MAY HAVE MADE WITH NATIONALPAYDAY NO LONGER EXIST AND ARE CONSIDERED INVALID.

Can anyone answer me this question. I have recently viewed all three credit reports and notice that the account number listed with them for an old Bank of America credit card account differs from the credit card statements I have. How?

I just found a PDL on my credit report I disputed it with Experian and was told that the debt was verified. I have been requesting a debt verification from this company since September of 07 both verbally and in writing and have received nothing. Last night I contacted yet another company that says they have 4 PDL's in their office I told them that I wanted something in writing and the women told me she did not have to provide me with anything and that the deposit to my checking acct (which I say I did not apply for) is my verification.

Has anyone ever heard of or dealt with an agency called Yellow Brick Financial? I was going to use Credit Solutions of America, but after reading all the negative posts in this forum, I think I will keep looking for other alternatives.

WOW i was just on there website and saw they were doing mortgages i just hope nobody is stupid enough to get a mortgage through them but this could be a good thing because the FBI is cracking down on mortgage fraud and it will be only a matter of time before one of there stupid ass employees commits fraud.

Has anyone used Money Now USA for payday loan consolidation? I saw on their website that they work with your PDLs and consolidate to one payment a month. Any info would be appreciated.

OK I got home today with a letter from the IRS waiting for me. It says I owe almost 3,000 because I did not claim money from a debt that I settled last year. I never received a anything from the creditor so I did not realize I needed to claim this money. Now I am not disputing this because I did have about that amount relieved from a credit card. My question is, what is next? I really will not be able to afford to pay a whole lot. Is the interest they charge alot? What about my tax refund? They will probably keep it towards this debt?

I got in over my head with loans and had to get some of the loans just to pay the interest on these loans.

Hello. I am new to the forum. I was reading the posts and can relate to almost every story. I currently am in pdl "h*ll". And this is my 2nd go round. you would think i would have learned the first time... anyhow.. I live in new York. I have 10 pdl out - all of them are in default.
