I have sent my letters to 3B Financial & Little Loan Shoppe I also sent them copies of my complaints filed with the Missouri AG Office, BBB and Fed Trade Commision. When I log into LLS it says they have me scheduled for a payment on 1-15 for $150, 3B I think has locked me out. Can anyone advise on what timeframe they have experienced it taking PDLs to respond or how I can confirm they received the emails?
The one thing I was not able to do this week is close my account, I am in the process to changing my direct deposit and giving legit bill's my new account number.
