On which Statute of Limitation would an eviction or broken lease contract fall in?

My court date is Thursday. Wish me luck. I didn't get my summons until Dec. 23. There isn't any paper on the summons to answer the petition with. I'm going to court with a typed answer. I'm denying everything but where I live and requesting more paper work. I mailed the DV on Dec. 29. ( Certified, RRR.)even though it was after I got my summons. I just didn't know anything about it until I had the summons. I'm hoping that the judge will allow me to get the debt validation that I asked for. Wish me luck.

I realize now that I should have avoided this company. In 2004 I opened an account with gemb care credit. I paid off my account with in one year and took advantage of the free intrest. I requested the account to be closed at that time. However my husband just pulled our report. It shows that the account that I had long forgotten about was closed last month and had a 30 day late payment. I now have a ding on my credit report. My score is in the 700s and my husbands is in the 800s. Is it worth my time and energy to try to clear this up?

I sent out 8 letters on January 2 and have received 3 responses so far. 6 of the PDLs have been overpaid. Loan Point/Geneva Roth replied by e-mail that I should contact them. Cash Direct Express said their investigation should take 7 - 10 days. This is the response received from Integrity Advance who I have paid $1700 on a $500 loan. We are responding to your communications with Integrity Advance, regarding your loan, which has a current balance of $260.00. We consider this to be a valid debt.

Has anyone had any dealings with PayDay One in paying back their loan ? I am on the brink of possibly being late in paying it back. Do they accept the EPP pay agreement ? Any help would help. Thanks

Im thinking about joining Resqdebt to help me get out of debt with credit cards and talked to a nice guy named Cory.He said they will pay half my balances and the other half I pay a monthly fee into my checking account until I have the rest to pay off the cc.They take one cc at a time and pay it off.It doesnt go against my credit rating and will show a 0 balance once its paid off.I have 3.5 years to pay all my cards off saving half off my total debt.He said if creditors call me ignore them.I ask how can they pay half my debt.Where do they get the $ to do this,because my half is going straight

Today I got a call from H&P a collection agency telling me I had until the end of the to pay 329.00 and the loan amount was 255.00 I told I did not have the money at this time and he was so mean and told me that legal action (jail) would come against me and they would come to my job and I needed to get a attorney because I was facing check fraud.Can they come to my job or can I lose my job and could I go to jail

will debt considation lower my credit score and if so then how much will it effect it and for how long?

Yesterday I applied for a Wells Fargo Basic checking account and they denied me, but they said i was eligible for an Opportunity checking account, so i applied for that account, I called the rep to check the status of the account, and the rep said that they were still working on my application, and he said it looks as if i would be approved. Its not really different from the other accounts from what the rep told me. Have you ever heard of this account? Is is a good thing or bad thing?
