my ex has filed bankruptcy on our house that we still own jointly. he filed in florida and I live in georgia. What can i do to save the house . i never signed any quit claim papers on house. He also has stopped the alimoney that payed the mortage. i am over 70 and cant afford an attorny. any ideas

Hello Everyone, Does anyone know for sure if Little Loan Shoppe is a PDL? There website states it is an installment loan. I currently have a loan with them which I have definitely overpaid. I'm so overwelmed and don't know what to do... At this moment I've set a budget persay and my plan is to get caught up on my house ad vehicles before I start even paying on the credit cards or other things I owe. Is that a good idea or not? i am currently in a dmp and they are charging me 30.00 monthly for fees. and my payments from them to my creditors is always late. is this normal. and what would i have to pay in service fees or monthly fees.

my motorcycle is $3500. behind and the loan was sold twice and i cant get any info to cleaar it up, my car is behind $1500. and have em and made calls to find out how to clear as well, besides repo man going to inlaws late at night making demands. i had no money was on disability for 5 months and just now going back to work

Looking for any type of advice from some folks that's been there before. I currently have 6 accounts totalling around $20,000. Because of Christmas, I am now behind 2 months in all 6 of them. I have received letters from 3 of my creditors saying I should call them to try to work out a plan. Is there anything particular I should ask or say when I call them? I only have $400 dollars to split between the 6 creditors and I wanna pay off my debt, but just wanna make sure I don't make a mistake when calling them. Thanks in advance for your help. Ed
