:o I have serveral pdl from the internet summit group 247 advance ezcash media cash direct express eastside lenders my question is what will happen if i closed by bank account to stop the money being taken out... all but 1 (eastside) I have paid them all the money I borrowed and more. so how much trouble will i been in if i close by account and not pay them anymore monies.. and what else should I do to get no calls at work.

i have loans from loan shop /cimaron, gecc,centurian,sign my loan.net,pay day max,instant cash debit,i will never be able to pay these off are they legal and do i have any recourse they just keep rolling over

How confusing. debt settlement companies say only 1 out of 10 accounts (or less) end up in litigation, however so many people on this site mention being served with a summons. I would like to take a poll.....have you ever gotten into debt settlement and been sued by your creditor? If so, what was the outcome?

I'm considering filing a case against a Debt Collector for FDCPA and FCRA violations. Do I file the claim where I live or where the Debt Collector is located?
