i got a 3rd party summons to answer interrogatories &writ of fieri facias in the mail to go to court for aleased auto that the picked up from me me probably 5 yrs ago or more the lease was almost up but there was overage on alloted miliage they put a judgement against me back then. now ford moter comp has there lawyers in richmond sendinging me this letter. what happens if i dont go to court the car was leased when i lived in midwest

My car was repo'd when I was on disability,the crooks sold it at auction for 500.00 . now i owe 7k after paying 7k. do they have to sue me first or just garnish my paycheck, i cant file bankruptcy. thanks

I had a Electronic Check debited from my bank account, from Legacy Business Corporation, for $60.00. I have no idea who they are. When I did a 'Reverse Phone Lookup', on the phone number, it came up an International number. Can anyone give me some information on who they are?

yesterday while i was at work a had got a call saying that I had a lawsuit starting against me from US National Bank saying that I took out an internet loan on December 4, 2007 and that I never repayed it so I was getting proscuted with 3 federal felony charges and that they were working with a lawyer to try to settle the debt before the court papers got filed. I kept trying to ask her the amount of the loan and she kept getting louder and more rude and couldnt tell me the amount of the loan. And the scary thing was is that she knew my current bank account number.

:( My income is$5k per year SS I did not file tax return for 2006 because of this.The IRS wants to know how I payed my mortgage of over $10000. what income did I use? It was payed by a Friend Who wishes to remain anonymous what should I tell IRS?

they are ignoreing me i sent them revoking debit auth by: email, certified email, fax, certified mail, there contact us thing on both there home pages and my account. neither responded over 10 days! I have of course already closed my account and informed my bank. signed papers for stop pays and another one revoking auth? I think they are puropsely ignoring my emails so they can debit my account on the 31st. What can I do now?

Over the last couple of years we have taken out a PDL here and there when needed to make ends meet. I always do my best to make sure these are paid back in a timely matter. Here recently an Investigator Williams contacted my mother and my aunt and uncle stating they had an affidavit they needed to serve me. Yesterday, I finally got a call from this person on my cell phone. They left a voicemail stating they had an affidavit they needed to serve me for theft of services and I needed to call back or the papers would be served tomorrow (today 12/23).
