I have about 60,000.00 in debt and want to know if I can get a consolidation loan to pay everything off and keep my credit and just have the loan payment for approx, 15-20 years?

Unfortunately I didnt read the fine print all the way, but I took out an online payday loan and what I agreed to was that at anytime after default they can take the full amount I owe from my check, so by electronically signing that agreement does that give the PDL comany the authority to bypass any wage garnishment laws set by the state?

Folks I need a very fast financial aid that is legal and won't destroy me the wolves have made into the cave and boy are they hungry. please help

Just checked my e-mail after this post. Even though I didn't commit to my on-line inquiries, one company wanted me to click on and refer my creditors to that company. I don't even know what they charge. I don't want to commit financial suicide. I clicked on the button that it was to much for a payment.In this way someone will contact me. It scares me that by a few key strokes you can commit yourself. I do not want 2 things an angry spouse and calls at work. My husband wants to try the Transforming Debt in January. That is the do it yourself plan.

Please help Would you recommend one of the debt consolidation services advertised in articles such as Care One or Christian Debt... instead of Transforming Debt Into Wealth I have not spoken to anyone just e-mail info tonight. These companies claim they can save me about $80 a month. Right now I am just making it with mininum payments. Losing lots of sleep and I don't want to add to my husband's stress. I do not want debt settlement which is one step before bankrupcy and kills your credit.

What do you do when you have the AT&T technician come out to install a phone jack in your room and they turn on the outside box so that your phone line is active but you don't have a phone hooked up in the room. There was never a phone set up in the room to connect a phone in. And I paid for a Yahoo DSL box . Bill was 232.00 I paid 87.00 but there was 145.00 to still pay. now it went to collections what do I do. I feel that the job was never completed why should I pay them their money when they did not do their part in improperly installing a phone line and jack in the room.

I am dealing with Lowery "law group". I am wondering if I send them say, $10.00 a month explaing the intent to pay off debt and they accept it...can they still come after me? If so, do I show the Judge that I am trying to pay down this debt with what I can afford?

I just wanted to make note of something. I have been lurking around this website for probably almost 3 years now. I came because of payday loan troubles (which have long been cleared up thanks to this site and I don't get them anymore) Anyhow when I came to this website there was no Payday Loan Forum but there was the Feedback forum. The gurus behind the scenes created the PDL forum about 1 1/2 year ago and it has surpassed all the other boards in the number of posts by at least 10,000.

I would like a sample letter that I can use. I want to contact the Attorney via mail so that I may have proof to show the judge if in fact they do not want to work with me. The Attorney may not know that I have a financial hardship. And only have a court order child support that is excempt. That's my only income
