They sent me a letter dated Dec 15 for a dispute I filed in October (stamped certified mail card to prove it)
Included was a letter with an address of the former MBNA bank, screenshots of a program with my name and a credit card number and a copy of a NAF judgement that Wolpoff Abramson had on me. No signed contract and no proof they are licensed to collect in my state, no proof the statute of limitations has not expired (debt is over 7 years old IIRC and in Texas 7 years is the statute of limitations).
It doesn't sound like they held up their end on this.
