Alright I have called 2 day loan lenders recently attempting to tell them I am unemployed. The only reason that instigated this was because they called threatening to garnish wages on a job I don't have.
So the two lenders that I have loans with are Payday Loan Yes (most agreesive) and Outback Bucks.

Well I called and got a bit agreesive with them telling them the interest rates were way too high and needed to be knocked down.
Hi I live in Alabama and I currently have 7 payday loans that have drained my checking account. I have closed that account and now they are started with the phone calls, I'm afraid its going to cost me my job and my marriage. Can someone please help me?
I have a court document that which states
"Releases and Certifies that there has been released all property from any lien imposed theron by the filing and recording of that certificat of lien for unsecured property taxes in the name of:"
... but the lien is still reported on my credit! If I send copies to the credit bureau will it be deleted?

Impact. Loan 350. Have paid finance fee of 105.00. They say my balance is 580.00
United Cash Loans. Loan 400.00 Finance fees paid 360.00. They say my balance is 670.00
Shamrock. Loan 300.00. They say my balance is 762.00 and will not give me any information about my account.
Emerald Loan 300.00 They say my balance is 629.00. They told me I have paid 180 in finance fees but cut me off after they told me that much. Would not give me any more information.
ameriloan. Loan 500.00.
I just saw a post on here about a person who had not paid on an account for 2 years. She didn't mention any litiagtion or judgements in her post, it was about settling with the company. How do the CC companies decide who to sue and who just to write off? I haven't been able to pay Advanta since July and I got a letter from their litigation department 2 weeks ago. I have been talking to the woman there but I just don't have money or access to any to settle in a lump sum.
I started working with Progressive last week. My counselor seems great. My question is how long before the calls and emails stop from my payday loan companies?
