Does anyone have any idea who this is? Tried calling and recording said mailbox was full. From the message they left, they are a collection agency.

I'm pretty sure he/she is back due to the grammar and punctuation that is behind one of our guest who is posting behind me. I don't remeber Sock's name that he or she used to have. This is just an informational post really to make everyone aware. Until he/she becomes agressive I will of course continue to treat them carefully but if it goes over the line I will seek measures to be taken as they have been the previos times.

Getting into my current situation took over three decades, two marriages, three children, child support and living beyond my means. I'm an computer executive living in the Pacific NW and make a decent income (low six figures). I have about $32k in credit card and line of credit debt. When I moved here a couple of years ago, I didn't buy a house because of the declining market. Now, I'm looking into moving to the East coast for a career boost. I'm strongly goal oriented and made a commitment to get fit and lose weight in this calendar year.

I thought this could be helpful to someone banking.mt.gov/licensees.mcpx a list of businesses and individuals currently chartered or licensed by the Division of Banking and Financial Institutions in MT.

I have 5 loans from various online lenders and just cannot gain footing to pay any of them off. The intrest alone totals $350. Some of these lenders have drafted enough to cover what was originally borrowed and of course it covers their ridiculous intrest and fees. I finally decided to freeze my bank account to prevent them from snatching this pay period. I live in the state of NC and know that such loans are prohibited in my state. Are loans from online venders prohibited as well or do they apply for whatever state the loan came from. I'm at the brink of closing my account .

I am filing my chapter 7 bankruptcy on the 20th this month. I have a ton of payday loans at storefront and online. The online total 6 and 5 were recently made like in Oct. My lawyer said they will be taken care of in the filing. Some of them I've had for over 2 years but I was concerned about the online ones. Do you think the trustee will say something about getting five of them in Oct? I was trying to pay the other ones by taking the online loans. I know that they are illegal in my state of IA. The storefronts like I said I've been paying on forever and not worried about them.

Does any one have any experience with Credit Solutions or Freedom debt relief?

I have about $38000 in credit card debt, I know there is no magic wand, I just want to be able to pay it off in my life time and be able to keep my home am I asking too much? I am so over whelmed

Does anyone have the phone number or address for Cashstar Group? It is important that I get in touch with them.

From a finance company, what is the difference between consolidating your debts and getting a loan from them? Aren't they the same thing since you end up paying THEM monthly instead of the card issuers?
