anyone here have dealt with these people.They are trying to collect for instant cash meanwhile i have never taken a loan with them this guy who does not leave his name called me last week left me a message saying i must call him by 5 pm or it will go to legal action 8 days later today same guy calls and says the same exact thing that i have till 5 pm or legal action will take place next day and also at the end this moron says a warrant for my arrest will be issue what a joke this guy is i have already sent them a debt validation letter i was just wondering if any here dealt with them

I have offered chase 60% to settle cc debt they rejected my offer. I am current and have never been late. What do I do now?

Are there any loans that have say 36% interest rates that are gear towards helping ppl get out of pd loans? I have 1600 in pd loans (four all together). And one I have gotten an EPP, the one with Check N Go apparently I have had an EPP this year (I did not know that was what they were offering) and the other two I plan to go the EPP route. Problem is, it is just as difficult to make four payments each time so I'm looking for any other options aside from letting the loans default. TIA!

can I negotiate a settlement alone

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I couldn't find it if so. I know that while enrolled in a CCCS program, it is noted on your credit report for the accounts enrolled. My question is if the notation is removed when you complete the program, or if the notation remains on your report as long as the account remains on there. Also, if I do not complete the CCCS program for some reason, does this have any bearing as to whether or not the CCCS notation can be removed? Thanks in advance!

I have been contacted in the past, at work, by Hanna. I have never taken their calls, did research and found out what they do and why they would be calling me. I have not had the money to pay off the creditor they respresent, so I haven't contacted them. The calls have stopped, but a couple of months ago, they sent a letter to my ex-husband's house, stating that I owe $200 more than the original debt(is this legal?), and that if I do not make arrangements to pay, they will file suit. I didn't contact them.

NES has been calling me at work everyday asking me to pay $3500 off a Bank of America MBNA account from 2004 that I don't recall signing up for!!! I honestly don't know this debt because I don't have the credit card nor any statements and I don't recall signing up for this credit card. And these guys will not send me information. I have just sent out a cease and decease letter to them, but how do I go about asking for the credit card information????
