Hi has anyone here tried to settle their target card with positive results, any advice would be aprreciated.

Hi, what if you decide to settle and the CA doesn't take the info off your record and it's still in your report? How do you know that if you pay a settlement, then things will be taken off your credit report?

If you freeze your account how can ach debits still occur?

How long does a settlement or charge off stay on your credit report?

Anyone have experience doing settlements with above companies what are they like. Have you been successful in doing settlements with HSBC and Discover. What is the page where Discover shows if you qualify for settlements. I would love to talk to you if you have done settlements with above companies. Perveen

Hello all, Last night I got a call at home from "Hopkins law firm"...I answered it and an "Eva Harris" answered and when I told her that it was me she put me through to her supervisor....He asked me if I had been "briefed" on this....and I laughed at him...The caller ID said 866-849-3223. The number that I was to call back today was 786-522-2312. They were calling on an old payday loan back in 2005 from quik payday. He told me I was going to be arrested yada yada...My question is I googled Hopkins Law frim and they are a real company?

Just a bit of info on the REAL physical location of these elusive scumbags. They are located in the Tri State Mall in Clayton, Delaware. Tri State Mall - 333 Naamans Rd. Claymont, DE 19703 I was in contact with someone from the mall that confirmed they are located there. However, if you check the State of Delaware website for business licenses, you won't find anything listed for First National Services, Payday-Loan-Yes, or Global Payday loan. I have filed a complaint with the state of Delaware and I suggest that anyone else that has had problems with them, to do so.
