What do I do if Pressler sends me summons to appear in the court?

I live in nj and received a summons with no court date just a teh superior court of new jersey special civil part summons and return of service and was wondering what to do now..midland funding vs me

Has anybody else been getting these Recovery@usfastcash emails. They send them to me all the time, it links to this website they made were you can try to set up payment arrangements. They also tell me in each email that is my last chance to make arrangements. I've been getting them for like two months now. This last one I received stated this in red letters. Quote:

I received a call from first national service regarding court date. Their number is 1-800-654-7444. Ext 832. Does anyone know who this is? I didnt answer it. They called my answering service at work.

 

how can I payoff pay day loans on my own?

I live in Idaho I have 3 store payday loans and 1 internet loan.totally about2100 with the interest to date. Its a never ending cycle and i dont know how to fix it any advice? mander

I have some things that we drop of my credit report in Feb/2009. But the worst thing on it is a charge off that comes off in Dec/2009...it is reported by NCO financial (MBNA does not appear on my credit report anymore-per my free report from experian, but I will purchase all three reports again to make sure!).... I have come to find out that in 2004 NCO was sued by the government for report first date of defaults incorrectly... Should I... 1. Get NCO's info and send them a DV letter... 2. Skip the DV letter and file a complaint with FTC citing the 2004 ruling... 3.

I received several phone calls from 8665674734 also 8002010565 which i could not call back. I spoke to a ronald washington first who before i said anything I told him that I was recording the phone call. As soon as i asked for the address he put me on hold and put me on the phone with a richard stewart. This guy was overly obnoxius and spoke with a heavey southern accent. I again asked for the address and this guy went into some rant how I was being unreasonable and he did not have to give me any information and that i was being childish. He then hung up on me.

I am being sued by Beneficial finance. I got a summons. I offered to pay them $300.00 a month after the summons. I am not even sure if I am supposed to go to court or not.
