I currently have one loan with thinkcash and 8 other loans with internet lenders. I try to pay at least one off every payday and hold off on getting another one but I end up needing the cash. I got a new job and am making more money but I feel like I am just working to pay these people. I know I took the cash but now I feel like I am in a vicious cycle. What can I do to get out of this. I saw a website for payday loan debt relief but this looked like another payday loan.

I continue to get calls from Morgan & Associates on an outstanding payday loan they say I had with Quick Payday. I have never had a loan with Quick Payday! I am thinking of calling them but do not know how to get in touch with them. Does anyone have contact information for them??
I recieved a call from Yellow Brick Financial this weekend regarding the possibility of working with themthrough their debt settlement program. However all the information I can find on them at BBB is that they are acuatied and have a satisfactory rating with no complaints. I spoke to the rep today and he gave me the speal trying to sell me on his program.
I have seen reference on here to something about when you fax in something to the credit bureaus, they only have 5 days to respond to you. Is this true or not?
On 5/22/04, I received a $200 loan from ACE Check Cashing in California (store front location). The loan went unpaid all this time. Now, a collection agency has picked up the debt and is seeking $745. Is this a valid amount or should it be less?
Is anyone else having a hard time picking up a seasonal job? I might lose my second job because they are downgrading and I really need money for Christmas. (I have a tiny budget of $500 for everyone but even that seems hard with rent due). I know it's a late start but did anyone have any luck?
