I need help with my credit card debt, which has grown substantially because of my silly mistakes as well as some circumstances. My problem with credit card started couple of years back but it got worst in past year and half after we bought house and just after we bought house and after 3 weeks my younger son was diagnosed with cancer at age of 2 and half. We bought house at that time my wife and me both were working and total income was in 6 figure. We had little bit of savings which we put in to buy house. House was not in pristine condition so it needed some fix-up.

Hi there, I have had payday loans for the past 6 years and I need to get rid of them once and for all. They are all currently store front and I live in the state of Washington. Advance America - $795/$95 fee Quik Cash - $575/$75 fee CheckNGo - $795/$95 fee I defaulted on Friday with all of them. I have made arrangements with Advance America to pay $150/month, but have yet to contact Quik Cash or CheckNGo. There is no way that I could pay $150 a month for the other two at this point as I can't pay my rent or my car payment either (which are both a month behind).

hello, I have went into default for my internet payday loans due to me being hospitalized due to complications in my pregnancy when I was unable to pay I contacted them and tnone of them would work with me I am going to pay back the loans but not until I am back on my feet I just returned to work and are receiving harrassing phone calls from collection companies threatening to put warrants out for me and really don't have the money right now to pay back the principal and high intrest charges and fees.

Hi. I have been reading through the posts about the PDLs. I am very much in the same situation as many people here. Long story short, I am very much in debt (why else would I be here?!), I feel into this downward spiral last spring. I moved out of my mom's house, wasn't making enough money, fell behind in credit card payments. Then, I became unemployed over the summer, ironcially, due to becoming employed as a teacher, but having to wait for the school year to begin to generate income. In that time, I ended up taking payday loan after payday loan to make ends meet.

Need help -my court schedule is next week - can someone help me or give me an advice what to tell the judge - I tried settling this loan and they dont work with me - they said they dont settle even if I enroll in any settlement program. they said it will be better if I file for bankcruptcy. My orig loan is $900 - now it doubled - they do not have a hardship program and after they told me they refused any arrangement they still calling my work#.

I am planning on moving to Canada at the end of the year and having my car voluntarily repossessed. I owe almost $7,000 on it and I'm not attempting to sell it because it has body damage from some not-at-fault accidents (broken taillight, dented hood, etc.). I'm pretty sure I am upside down on the loan, so I'm pretty sure I will owe money on the car after it's repossessed. My question is, how would the bank come after me if I'm in another country? Can they still sue me? Garnish my Canadian wages?

I have a lot of broken jewerly and what not at my house and I am wanting to sell it. Where do you go or do you use one of the companies that you see advertised on tv?

Captial Management is still calling my parents phone number. I have told them to stop calling there and that I do not live there anymore and they have my phone number but still continue to call. My parents are mad that they keep calling and have told them I do not live there and asked them to stop calling. They are being told that I have a debt that they are collecting on and told them what it was for. Can they do that? How can I get them to stop calling there since they said they would stop?

I am a Canadian Citizen living in the UK as a resident of the UK. I have an Unsecured debt of £40,000 with a bank in the UK. I am moving back to Canada for good, what would happen if I left that Debt behind? Would them come after me in Canada?

in general if: the only things I have on my report are 2 negatives, each for about 150$ and a score of 593, how bad is my situation. i don't work and have no credit cards.thanks good people! sobradov
