hello everyone. i am really not sure what to do anymore, and as i was searching the internet looking for answers/help i came upon this website. I live in Wisconsin. my current loans are 240$ to 500cashnet (original loan was 150$) 240$ to ameriloan (original loan was 150$) 110$ to cashnetusa ( orginial loan was 125$ ) I have paid cashnetusa multipule times each incraments of 50$ it is just BS. Paid the bank around 1110$ in overdraft fees (after 4 months that is finally paid off what a relief) My checkbook was stolen roughly 2-3 months ago which left me strapped.

My mom really needs some help. She has probably about 60,000 or more in credit card and loan debt. What can she do? She is paying what she can but her interest rates are so high that she cannot get out of it. All she does is stress about this and it tears me up. We really need advice....I can't beg enough. Please. Anything you can do, any places to recommend? I read about debt settlments and counseling. I have no idea which one is best for her. Please. Thank you!

Hi everyone, I had 10 pdls', thanks to this site I have paid 2 off.. Cash Banc is one I'm still working on. I borrowed $500, paid back $570 and then had a lot of trouble with my checking so they haven't gotten anything else. I did make arrangements to pay back $400 additional over 4 pay periods but haven't been able to do that. Someone I talked to there said if I couldn't do that, I'd have to pay back $900+ and they'd be drafting my bank acct for it.I went to the site today and it said my last payment was $900+ (of course, that payment will be returned from my bank unfortunately).
