I used to live in Virginia, and have 6 payday loans past due with Approved Cash Advance (2), Check Into Cash, Urgent Money Service, Advance America, and Check First. I was moving to Georgia to be with my pregnant girlfriend and our other 2 kids, I work for WalMart and had a transfer request active for a month and couldn't get anywhere, so I quit and moved down, and was unemployed for a month before getting rehired.

I filed for Chapter 7 back in 2002. I had a 2nd mortgage that I put in the BK. My understanding of this is that, while I am not liable for the loan anymore, the lender could still foreclose to collect. I've received letters from a bunch of of servicing companies over the years trying to collect, or get me to start payments again, which I have ignored. Just received another one, and they even included the original contract in the package. I don't want to lose my home, of course, but there is no way I can afford a 2nd mortgage again. So I have a couple of questions: 1.

Has anyone ever dealt or heard of this company?? I just rcvd. a collection notice from these people. Also I need to send them a DV letter but I don't havea physical address. Can anyone help?

I live in North Carolina, and I took out a few payday loans via the internet (FTR and EME). I technically owe them each 100 dollars on principle.

I'm in Texas and have pdl's with Vip Zip19 PayDay One Arrowhead CashCentral FastCash InstantCashUSA (that I am on payment plan with) EZMoney CashAmerica and AdvanceAmerica... I have defaulted on ALL of them and have 2 on payment plan. I have read the laws for Texas so whats the worst case scenerio for my situation? Do I need to send a letter to have them stop calling or what should I do? I need a good interpreter or an atty to understand the laws for the states CSO's.

Please help me, I live in Indiana and have several Pay day loans out. I will list them in a moment. I did close my checking account because I was unable to pay my other bills because of them. I have one that I have asked to work with me and they left me message today telling me that they are contacting my employer and that my next paycheck would go into their account. Can they do this? I get paid next Thursday and do not want to loose my check. This company is called B-I-G.

Hi everyone Does anyone know about this law firm, Hunt & Henriques in San Jose, CA. They said this in the letter, "If you want to resolve this matter without a lawsuit, you must pay the outstanding balance stated above to satisfy your account" If they are serious of suing me, can I file bankrupt. When is the best time to file bankrupt? I'm actually in a settlement program with "Solve Debts" located in San Francisco. 4 of my accounts has been threaten with this kind of letters. If they do sue, I really want to file bankrupt. My credit history is nothing to me anyways.

I have paid my outstanding bank fee. This is bothering me but I managed to get it done. I am still going back and forth with the pdls and hopefully that will be accomplished. I am so happy.

Hello, im new here so here I go... I have 3 credit cards and one big medical bill I need to pay off which totals up close to $17,000. My credit isn't completely ruined yet...I have to check it but I believe its around 650ish... Anyway, I just want to know if it would be a good idea to consolidate those debts into one?! I have other bills which equal up to $550 a month but im good on paying those monthly payments. Im currently looking for another job but for now, im just more worried about getting rent paid on time. Any advice on what I should do? THANKS!
