i have a question. I recently wen on a payment plan with FastBucks here in Colorado. I had been paying my loan every 2 weeks, even though i am paid weekly. When i went to get set up on this loan they now said i have to go in and pay my loan weekly. I dont think this is right. I went in and the manager that told me that wasnt there and the employees set me up on every other week and I got a nasty call and was told that i have to come in every 2 weeks. even though my check is dated 2 weeks out. does any one have an answer or know where i can find the answer to my situation? So i changed my bank account after having paid back 690 dollars in finance changes on a 300 dollar loan. now capital recovery services calls my family 3 times a day. i'ave asked them to stop, they won't and they are threatening legal suit - calling themselves a litigation office. what can i do to make them stop.

I talked to an Advanta Rep today and she said that she would have to wait until this next billing cycle starts to see if I qualify for any new offers. She suggested that I call National Foundation for Credi Counciling 1-800-388-2227 and that they would be able to negotiate a 0% interest. Is this smart? Everybody I have talked to says that you are better off negotiating this on your own. Any feedback?

Do most CA buy the debt from the original Creditor? Does the Original Creditor give it to the to collect on there behalf? If they do sell the debt do they sell it at the cost of the original debt? What I mean here is that the original debt was for 11k and now with fees is up to 15k. Do you know how much they pay if they do buy the debt? Thanks For all the help

Can a credit company garnish wages? We got something throught them and then told them that we didn't want it anymore to come get it and they never did.
