Does anyone know who collects for Loan By Phone? When I went through all my accounts last summer to make sure my loans were paid, they told me I was fine. Now they are saying I was charged off for $240.00. I am wondering if this is who has the crazy collection agency calling me? When I called Loan By Phone they said that I needed to call their corporate office has it has been turned over to a third party collector. Has anyone dealt with them before?? HELP!!!

I have been getting calls from Allied, but the debt is not in my name! I did return their call to find out what this was all about, but they were looking for someone who previously lived in my house. They asked me how long I had had my telephone # and I said over 20 years and it is not in the name you are looking for. She said she would correct her records and the very next night I received another call! Is there anything else I can do other than just ignoring the calls?

To enroll in a program, do accounts only have to be in one persons name? Can a husband and wife add their accounts if some are just in her name and some are just in his name?

A collection agency leined my bank account and I have no way of even cashing my paycheck from work. I have to have someone else do it for me, Im trying to work out this debt and this has put a huge damper on my life. I have asked them to remove it, but they refuse to, in fact, the collection agency insulted me over the phone and made derogatory comments. How can I get this resolved?

I'm currently working with Langhorne debt solutions and VERY happy with them! However last week before they were able to begin telling the PDL companies to stop calling me 247advances probably gave me one of the most embarrassing and uncomfortable situations of my life. I was at work and they found out I was in the building and I kept hanging up on them and they kept calling back. They blew up every line of the work phone lines...they did this for about 10 minutes but it seemed like hours. I can't believe how persistant and rude these people are.

How can a company like First Source be allowed to harass people

this richie1044 is really getting on my nerves.the avatar-jacking aside.he is so set on getting a pdl it's irritating.he pm'd me three times begging me to recommend some for him.now i see a new topic titled...can you use a netspend account to get a pdl.i smell a rat here like he wants us to not only endorse but guide him to these pdl's.i for one since deleting him is kinda wrong,i just won't respond to his drivel anymore. thoights?

hi, I have no positive results with consumer law center, they just took my money and no made nothing for me, my credit just worsty, is very, very bad now!!! I and my father in law, lost a lot of money with then and they never contact us... by phone or by email, now i received a letter from there told me that they are not in charge any more with my case, What I do now?

Does anyone have the address for Advantis so i can send them a debt validation letter?They keep calling so i need to send letter.
