I got a call Friday about the job I had the interview for, and they got the background check done and offered me the job!!!!! :D I go in Wed. to sign all my paperwork!!! I will be starting it in 2 weeks. They want me to give my current employer a 2 week notice ( I really don't want to ) So I owe alot of you a HUGE THANK YOU for all your thoughts and prayers :D I will now be making $200 more per week than I was :D Thanks again!!!!!!! :hug:

i received a card in the mail today it has a account number and routing number. with it. my Question is can you give these 2 numbers and get a pdl with 1. any one know about this let me know cause any pay day site i went too it always says if you dont have a checking account Click here please

when i read the fine print on the loan application, it says that it willl be under the laws of the state that the loan was issued in. Is this true for Illinois? and also what if they are not licensed in the state they are operating from? Hiow do I check? Thank you

Its been almost 1 month since I DV a law firm that was requesting I pay a CC debt. I have not heard or received anything from them. I gave them 30 days to validate. What happens or what do I do next after the 30 days expire?

I moved in with my mom to help her with her debt problem, she had surgery and lived off of cc's and loans for over a year, now she has like 17 grand debt.. she has a over 100k house that she only owes 22k left on (and even though market is bad its in a small collage town and property value is going up here always). She has about 15k debt. In all she is paying 1400 a month. without me moving in she wouldnt be able to pay this. Being so close to having the house payed off isnt there a way she could get a loan to pay everything off to only make a payement to one company and a reasonable rate.

I took a 200. payday loan from GRC (Geneva Roth Corp) For some reason, they took 120.00 on 11/21/2008 from my account. The due date fro the loan is 11/28/2008. I don't know where they came up with the amount of 120.00 as the pmt. is 30.00 per hundred. I have been trying to contact them and find no phone and when I pull them up online, I get a message that GRC does not lend money they put you in touch with the lender. If true, why does my bank show a pmt. to GRC??? Can anyone help with this. I am closing my account tomorrow AM

is the creditor required to provide a detailed invoice, or just a statement?

As I have posted on here before, everytime I think I have stopped these guys, the calls start again. They started again last week. My lawyer has sent them a cease and desist before but when I told them that on the phone, they said they did not have anything from my lawyer. My lawyer is out of town until tomorrow. The last message I got from them on Friday said I needed to contact them by 10 pm. Friday or they would proceed and all they could wish me was good luck. I have never had them give me a deadline like that. Is this still a scare tactic? It still scares me a little.
