Hi Guys -- I used one of your debt verification letters to send to a creditor. I understand they have 45 days to repsond. What do you do it they DON'T respond???? They're overdue now -- it's a collection account from a department store card that they SAY I owe about $2500. Please advise!!

I would like to know if anyone has found more information on emblem mastercard credit card program, and if they are legitimate. So far the information is really vague and simply not very helpful. I received an offer to pay an amount, then they pay an amount, then I receive a credit card through Monterey County Bank. Hello, I am very new to this site, I found it when I googled PDL assistance. I have been researching info on here for days. I feel relieved to know that there is something I can actually do in responds to my pdl mess. I currently have 5 pdl I have been paying interest on all these loans. I didnt know that there was a such thing as illegal pdl. All mine are internet loans. I am willing to pay the principal balance back because I did borrow it. I have listed the name, the amt, and the amt I have paid currently.

I have recieved a payday loan with Premier Pay Financial. The telephone number they gave me is wrong. They took out my payback twice from my acct. They called to tell me that they had made a mistake and for me to call them back. The lady on the phone did not speak good english and I can not make out the phone number she left. Can anyone help me?

I am a MD reside that have commited income suicide. I have 9 pdls, that i am certain I have paid more than in full for 5 of them. The other 4 pdls are scheduled to start debiting my account my next pay on nov 28. I scares me to close my account because i know that i owe them and don't want to appear as defaulting on the loans. Plus i have had this account with Chevy Chase since 99', not to mention i have an open line of credit still active. I would like to stop everything and regroup. My general monthly bills are suffering tremendously and the holidays are here.

I live in Florida and have 4 internet pay day loans and from my reading on this board one of them is legal (think cash) but I am not sure about the others.
