Nordstrom Bank faxed me a letter for settlement - about 50% - but the letter is not signed. Do you think this will stand?

I got involved with the pdl thing cause I graduated from school and got a job and everything, but still could not afford to make rent one month when I got real sick. I am now in a pdl spiral where I took out more to pay the other ones back, which really just made them worse. I was already struggling with the weekly payments and then I got laid off from my job. I tried working with them all to postpone my payments (yeah right), and basically hit a bunch of dead ends. I just closed my bank account, though I hope any new ach transactions won't open it again.

I got my bank account completely wiped out by a scam and i was wondering if there is a legitamate place to get a small bad credit loan. so i'll have money for groceries, gas and dogfood

I was in a rehab program 3 years ago, caught up my payments and was listed as current. I had financial difficulties and am now in default again. Can I go into a rehab program again?

Hello last year i took out a loan thru this company. seems the owner lives in Texas but has his company in the state of Ohio. who has heard about this company Miami Valley Loans let me know i owe him 355 dollars for a 300 PDL

I have read that ca's cannot sue only the original creditor, but if the original creditor sells the debt, who is the that can sue you? I'm a little confused

I have the following loans and was considering pdl assistance. I wondered what it would take to do this myself. Check N Go: $500 pd 25 + fees to extend (got it on the internet, but they have a storefront) CheckCity: $500, internet CashNetUSA: $500, internet SpeedyCash: $500, internet Cash Central: $500, internet Mostly I got one to pay the other. I received an email from them several months ago advising all calls would cease. However, they have started up again. When I tried to use the email address they has then, it was returned to me. Does anyone have a current email address for them? How can I get these calls stopped??? They are driving me crazy!
