If this is in the wrong section please move.. I received this from the financial department that over seas payday loans, on friday but I was off Friday so I didn't get it till today. It lists several Internet payday lenders.

I received 2 letter from northland group Inc stating that I owe 310.53 to US Bank. I currently have an account with US Bank and I just opened it last year. I'm unsure what to do.

I am just nervous because the man I spoke to said that they we're also members of Association for settlemetn companies and I have read in other articles on this website that sometimes that means nothing? My husband and I have excellent credit and can afford our minimum payments and every other month we pay at least 20% or more than the minimum due.

Wells Fargo Financial Corporation Canada is stealing my home I purchased a home three years ago using wells Fargo. My rate was approx. 7%. I have never missed a payment. My credit score is not the best but is about the same as when I first got the mortgage. When I called in to renew I dealt with a women named Lelani. She never once advised me how much my payments would be and just said to go into a branch to sign the papers. I went in to find out that my mortgage payments went from 1600 a month to 2600 a month with no warning.

Thats right, I DV'ed a CA within 30 days... actually like 2 days after receiving it. Its been almost 30 days now and just the other day I received another letter from them asking for payment... like they had no clue I dv'ed them! I did send my dv by CMRRR so I have proof they received it. I also included a C&D in my DV but since I sent it within 30 days they have to stop collection... but it doesn't seem like their doing that What should I send them now?

I do not know if this is the right forum or not. But I have yet to pay my July. I am working on my financial situation at the moment. Will this affect my income tax return because I plan on using all of my income return to pay them. Also if it does is there a way I can set up a payment plan with my county treasur so I can pay them off? I am in St. Croix County in Wisconisn if this information helps. Thanks you

I need some help First what is a summons? I read the papers and I don't see anything about having to appear in court. Only that they recorded is with the county. It doesn't say which creditor it is for just GE and what baffled me is it was just left on my doorstep - but I did two days later recieve it in the mail... I was waiting to hire an atty to do a bk as I have not paid my credit cards in months - and I am currently in negotiations with my lender to modify my home loan to save it from foreclosure. I am scared and stressed out - I can make this all work once I understand.
