I received a loan from western sky, transferred to cashcall immediately back in October. I now owe 3700.00 on a 2600.00 loan. I know these are illegal and I contact them daily trying to settle this account and no matter how many times I tell them everything I know and every agency I have contacted, I get the same response. I knew the interest rate and that ws is tribal. I even went as far as to send with my letter their incorporation papers from South Dakota proving they are not tribal. Where do I go from here? Do I cease communication?

Below are my loans owed.. Im in good standing with all of these.. But i cant keep up .. Im the provider of my home and 3 kids!! I need out.. Any help offered is so much appreciated .. Just need a new beginning and fresh start.. I took these out like most people to get by .. And just when i thought i was in the clear something else would come up .. I believe two online are illegal and being that im in ohio.. Cfsa advisedme companies are not obligated to offer epp!!

I live in PA and took out several payday loans with different online lenders.
I need to get out of this cycle and have started the process last week. Out of 8 loans, I got 1PIF, 3 settled for principal only, My cash now (I paid the principal in full already and overpaid by $ 30) completely ignored all my emails. They turned it over to CPD, and I sent them a C&D.
Mypaydayloan.com is a huge pain. I overpaid and they are threating to turn it over to an outside agency and add 40 % to the loan.
But the biggest pain is SWB.
I took out $500, but haven't paid back anything.

i had a bank A credit card with a 4500 limit which i had accrued about 3000 on and was making payments. i had also bank B credit card with 1200 credit limit which had about 160$ accrued on also in good standing. bank B decided to buy bank A and somehow managed to transfer the account that i had with bank A over to the account that i have with them which immediately put me over the limit with my credit and started a chain reaction which sent the account to over 5000$ within a very short time and mostly because i stopped paying because i thought it was unfair for them to do that.

Today I had received a call from my family member stating that a debt collector had called her and told her I owed a debt for 1217.00 and they were going to arrest me at my work if I did not pay it today. Well, my mother called me and told me so I immediately called them . I did have a debt with fifth third bank in 2008 but I had thought it was resolved considering it was their fault for my account being overdrafted. I believe it was for 80.00 ..

Any advice anyone.. I have been getting calls from this company about loan from hydra fund, which I did everything that I saw in the forums closed my account etc... They called my job and my coworker thank goodness caught the call. They have called me about 6 times, I filed ftc complaints. I have not gotten a call in 3 days , wonder how long that will last. Should I even answer, the reason why i was answering was I knew if i didnt they would call my job, so what I have been doing is answering and telling the guy I haved called the people with the claim number he gave and then I hang up.
Revoking ACH with BofA - CA

I went to my bank (Bank of America) today and they said that they could not revoke the ACH authorizations. The only thing they could do was to issue stop payments. I was also told that if I close my account, the ACH transactions will cause the account to reopen & I would be hit with NSF fees that I would have to file a claim to remove. Has anyone else experienced this? I am doing stop payments now.
Are these Internet companies licensed in MS??

I have a payday loan with Silverstar financial for 600 and one with Mobiloans for 750. I've asked these companies to stop ACH withdrawal and they refused saying I agreed to their terms. Are either of these companies licensed in Mississippi?? What can I do to stop the ACH payments?

I have six payday loans and just lost one of my jobs, which will make it impossible for me to meet my payments. I am going crazy thinking what to do so they do not debit my bank next week and I will be left with $0 dollars. It is Wednesday and I get paid next Tuesday. Please advise me what to do.
