Hello, I need help with pay day loans and I am not sure how to interpret the laws and find out if these companies are licensed here in Ohio. I have one payday loan out with Check into Cash for $287.00 it was done on the internet. I defaulted on it and I called to try to make payment arrangments--they are not willing to work with me, they are attempting a third debit to my bank account that will be denied.

Mr Siegel has called me. I returned his call. I am still waiting for his call. I thought he was handling my case.

I am currently being sued for a little over 1000.00 by Pinnacle LLC for an old credit card. Anybody ever tried to settle with a company after the lawsuit has been filed. Or has anybody ever answered the complaint with the defense of the debt had never been validated and won? Thanks!

I have very old accounts that are in collections but still on my report. Is debt consolidation a very good idea? I am not sure what to do at this point.

I just rec'd a summons for a FCNB/Speigl acct that I disputed with the 3 credit bureaus (it was removed). This acct was from defunk credit card company and now a lawyer it trying to take me to court years later? What can I do?

GHS Solutions complaints: Hi - after poking around here for weeks and not being able to get Chase to settle with me I am considering outside help. Anyone have experience with GHS? They actually approached me in a letter and I saw GHS Solutions BBB accreditations. I also saw TASC, USOBA info on their web site. Thanks. Kay
