Can anyone help me? I'm looking for a company that will help with consolidating payday loans?

I earlier posted and it appeared on the debt consolidation forum so I will try again.Loan Shop Online somehow got my new checking account and ACH it without authorization. I called the bank and they faxed me an ACH disput form to hand deliver to the branch tomorrow when it reopens after Vet Day. Has anyone had this happen before? What can I do against Loan Shop Online for doing this. I understand from this site that they are not legal in Pennsylvania? Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if Town & Country is located in Missouri? I did a search and of course there are sooooo many threads. I'm trying to get in touch with them for payday loan consolidation. Am I in the right forum? Thank you!

I also mentioned this in my thread but thought may be I should start a new thread: I got an offer from NCO for my Amex acct. After negotitation finally got a 30% offer. The collector said he would send me a letter by email and mail. If I agree to the terms do I just send them a payment on that address or do I send it to Amex? I havent seen the letter yet, also he said that Amex would report my credit report as paid in full. I have read other experiences with NCO and was thinking if it is safe to send them payments. Thanks to this community!!

I live in Texas and have a loan from The Cash Store. They are a CSO type of deal. I was unable to make my last payment so I stopped payment on the check they were holding. I have also found that thier license is inactive.What can I expect?

I have an ARM mortgage for the 1st and a fixed for the second, but I am also in 43k of credit card debt and have two vehicles that cost me $900 per month. I cannot do it any longer. I bring home 4300 per month. Do the math....it does not add up. I would like to see all my monthly payments go down and my mortgage as well. is this possible?

Well guys, I'm back! I know some of you well, most of you not so much. But for the last year, I've been taken on an up-and down rollercoaster ride of credit, rates, money, jobs, etc. Little about me: Grew up in South Texas knowing NOTHING about credit, graduated, I went to UT-Austin (HOOK EM), did not finish because I lost some scholarships, started working, met my wife, moved to the Dallas area, got into Car Sales, have managed a car dealership and am just NOW working for one of the best companies around here selling GM products.
