has anyone heard of My Debt Company?

Bank Of America Credit Card Settlement I lost my job about a year ago and am now back to some what of a stable income and had an MBNA card that went to Bank of America the balance is $64k and they are willing to settle for $11k over 6 installments (I know from reading previous posts that this is a very favorable settlement). Which they are letting me do $500 now then $600 for 4 months then the last payment of $8100. If I can't raise the $8100 in 6 months, which I am going to try my best would the drop the settlement altogether or work with me?

I just spoke with a live person at Transunion and was told that I needed to send proof of my current address, can I fax this documentation to them??? Would anyone recommend that???

ameriloan needs to be stopped. What is a number that I fax them at? They have violated my ACH revocation for the 3rd time. I have 5 PENDING ACH transaction on my checking account this morning. My bank says they cannot do anything until the transactions post.

Can I use the validation letter since I live in Georgia? Michelle from CA called last night and said she would tell my employer about my debt. We asked for something in writing, she refused and got rude. We offered 25.00 a month but not by phone, again got rude

I have been in a dmp for 8 months. My payments actually went up by 200.00/month in the plan. I have been making payments, but I can't keep up with it any longer - struggling to make the payment and falling behind, borrowing money from EVERYONE. credit counseling service says that the payment can not be lowered - CC companies base plan on balances. Can anyone give any suggestions? I feel like my only option is to quit the program and quit paying, but that will lead to default...

Has anyone ever heard of this lender and/or used them before. I am trying to get a home loan and went through lendingtree.com and they sent me to this company. Any info would help.

I made payment arrangements with casnet USA. I requested an EPP and they set me up on a payment plan. The plan consisted of 3 payments. 1) 196.09 2) 196.08 and 3) 196.08. I made the first payment on 10/17 and the second payment they took today 10/31 but they also took an additional 88.25. Cashnet claims to be a CFSA member and also a BBB member. Should I call them or should I call CFSA and report them? I am also going to file a claim with the BBB for sure. You cannot even trust legal internet PDL's When I get out of this mess I will never ever put myself in this situation again.
