What is the worst that can happen if I show up to court. I tried to make arrangement to payoff the loan, but they want it paid off before the court date?

I started a thread a few days ago about my payday loans and Langhorne debt solutions. Since then, the plot has thickened, and I am desperately seeking advice! I am a resident of Louisiana and currently have 2 outstanding payday loans with Payday One and Think Cash. Both of these loans were made prior to September 2007, and they were both in the amount of $500 each. I paid $435.50 to Think Cash and only about $50 to Payday One, prior to hiring Langhorne.

I had an outstanding balance with my local utility company (FPL) and it seems that they transferred my outstanding balance onto my husbands current account at this same company (FPL). Now there is a outrageous bill that we need to pay and/or make some kind of payment arrangments on it. Can this company do this and if so what would be my first step as to fixing this problem??? We do not have the money up front to pay this off in one lump sum. Any advice and/or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Please can someone help me?!!!! I live in Texas and after my husband from laid-off I was desparate to cover all our essential bills and I resorted to PDL's.

I am at the point that pdl's are taking almost all my check. I have 7 loans and guess my problems are like so many other people. I am wasting my money paying pdl's instead of my bills.

I live in Michigan- my husband took out a $300.00 payday loan we have paid over $700.00 they want $400.00 more-we closed the acc after we lost the $700.00 now their calling my husband at work and harrassing him and threatening to garnish his wages we cant understand how 300 turned into 700 or how they can say we possibly owe 400 more we aked for a copy of the aggreement he electonically signed they refused any help out there?

Ok here goes. I can't believe I let this happen again. Last June I filed for BK Ch7 and it was discharged. 6 months later I made the mistake of accepting credit offers. Now I am in hell.

American Express lowered my credit limit by over 5k to withing 500 of my balance based on what Experian sent them. I have my credit report but don't see anything derogatory and the only additional item is 1 card. which brings me to 6 total items with balances. I can't seem to get a real person at Experian to find out what is so wrong. I tried calling their corporate office but they just dumped me into the automated system.

I have 6 internet payday loans and I live in NJ. I cannot repay on their terms. What can I do?

What , if ur under Chapter 13 and want to get out and start under a consolidation company what do u do
