Hello, and thank you for this community. I have found much help with my payday loans through the guidance of your moderators. I have a question to ask about my credit cards. I have 6 or 7 I think, and they are all about one month past due. I could no longer keep up with the payments. I also have an installment loan with think cash for 750.00. The total of the cc's is around 3500-4000. Can anyone advise me on the way to go. Should I sign up for debt counseling and find a good counseling company?

After I took out a small 300 dollar payday loan (and thankfully was able to pay it back without any problems) this woman named Jill contacted me from Worldwide Loan Consulting Inc. from out of Franklinville, NJ. I have really poor credit and yet she said that the banks had all turned down my application for a loan but she was able to find a lender in Canada that was willing to give me a 20,000 loan. The only thing I had to do was fill out these papers she gave to me and fax them back to her to verify that I could pay the monthly 300 dollar prepayment process.

A debt collector called my coworkers , whose number i included on my payday loan application for employment verfication, and told them that they would be charged with fraud because they could be party to fraud. And that if I did not call them by the end of the day they would have police to arrest me. He also disclosed the amount of the loan. What should I fear, if anything.
