i'm a resident in New York City and would like to know if Loan Shop Online, located in Wilmington Delaware is licensed to do business in New York City?  Please let me know ASAP

First off, I am so glad I found this site. I came across it by accident trying to find out if there was a way to put online PDL's on a payment plan. I have sold everything I own in order to continue to pay these loans, I cannot continue. I have been stuck in this cycle for over 3 years, I has cost me more than money. I pay one off, then I have to borrow again to be able to pay for the standard bills like utilities and such. I a really hoping I can get some help through this site. Here is what I have and what I plan to do.

Did anyone win last months - or was there too little activity for it to count? 

I have multiple payday loans. I live in Ohio and two are with Checkngo. One is an installment loan and the other is a pay day loan. The installment is for $2500 but with fees etc. they say the total amount I owe is $5000! I cancelled the ACH payments today. They were very nice about it. The second loan is for $450. I am hoping to pay most of that off. The other company I have loans with is PaydayOne. One loan was originally for $800 and so far I have paid that plus some but I still owe $400. Another loan with the same company is $900.

I closed my checking account and yesterday was the first day my pdl's were returned.  They were all notified by email I closed my account.  I used the templates on this site to make sure my bases were covered.  I have had a few acknowledgements of my email.  However, Cash Direct Express has already stated they consider the account as satisfied and do not expect further payment.  Has anyone ever had any success in getting a refund from Cash Direct Express?  I have paid appx. $2800 more than I borrowed. 

hey i have a question loan with cash call originated with western sky. i have gone through the thousand phone calls spoke with someone twice in oct. when i defaulted and told them i would not being making any more payments. loan was 1500.00 but 500.00 fee so i got a 1000.00. i have paid back over 1800.00. now i am getting emails and letters with all kind of modifications or payment off amount of 1000.00. i just ignore phone calls. am i doing wrong ignoring them or should i respond back. this is the only one of 6 to settle. i got a paid in full on the rest. these guys are tough.
