hey i have a question loan with cash call originated with western sky. i have gone through the thousand phone calls spoke with someone twice in oct. when i defaulted and told them i would not being making any more payments. loan was 1500.00 but 500.00 fee so i got a 1000.00. i have paid back over 1800.00. now i am getting emails and letters with all kind of modifications or payment off amount of 1000.00. i just ignore phone calls. am i doing wrong ignoring them or should i respond back. this is the only one of 6 to settle. i got a paid in full on the rest. these guys are tough.

I'm getting several automated phone calls from Enhanced Recovery Co. LLC about a debt. The problem is they are looking for Doug Clark and he does not live here nor am I familiar with a Doug Clark. Some of the calls leave a message others hang up immediately. I answered a few times and either no human was on the line or as soon as I pick up and started talking they would hang up. This is very annoying, can I stop this unwanted harrassment? I am not now nor have I ever been Doug Clark..

Does anyone have any contact information for this company?  By the way...I have tried several times to register with the forum with no luck. Any advice?

I just wanted to post a quick update. It has been 4 months since I started the process. I still owed about $200 to one lender, but they would never provide me with payment information. I had 9 pay day loans in total and a loan with Western Sky.

 So far, other then phone calls at work and on my cell, which I never, ever answer, things are good. I did receive a few paid in fulls, but no refunds. I am incredibly happy that I found this site and started the process!

I had a CC charge off my account I haven't paid on it in 6 months due to the amount they wanted was more than i could pay and they would not accept the amount i was going to pay them ( much lower than what they wanted) should i see what they want as payment now or just let it go ?   Any advice would be helpful

hello i got a call from 516-453-2077 a bunch of times on my cell before they left a message.  it was a guy telling me he needs me to call 888 408 3666 he was scary sounding and told me i had charges against me and he needs me address...anyways im scared bc i closed down my bank accounts due to PDL's and knew some companies were going to be difficult....has anyone ever heard from these #'s before?  is this a scam?

I'm currently settling my debt on my own I have done 8 accounts already
