does your company offer credit cards, master card or visa

I've noticed lots of our "seasoned" members are MIA, Goudah and Sue Bee to name a few...Where is everyone????

I am married and have a home with my husband. He is refusing to ok for me to get a home equity loan to consolidate my debt. In NY state. Is there anyway I can get the Loan without his approval?

Im taking a loan out for approx 50k for art school in january (3d animation). This covers tuition and living expenses for the 1 year intensive course. Its a really good school apparently - but im still nervous about the year ending, being 25 years old, jobless and my life being screwed from debt. Everyone is encouraging me saying its an investment in my future, but im still nervous about it. Anyone had any experiences, or words of wisdom?

Hi everyone I have reached a point that I can't pay my auto loan. How can I still drive the car without paying the auto loan. I'm going to school again for the next (at least) one year. I will have no income at all. Unemployment benefits will be ended by Dec. 08. I don't have a house so I don't think they can go after house. I know that they can take your houses because your houses is on a fixed spot but I can drive my car anywhere I want so I don't think they can catch me. They probably can't arrested me as criminal since I live in California.

Hello, i am still searching for the right credit card to start rebuilding my credit but i do not want to pay an anual fee and all those other fees that come with bad credit. has anyone tried Orchard Bank ? how are they at reporting to the 3 credit bureaus? i haven't applied for any cards yet because i don't want to lower my score, so i'm trying to find one that i will be happy with....

There is a collection agency that is calling my work (boss and co-workers), my tenant, my CPA and friends. Is this legal??? And more importantly, how did they get these phone numbers???

i signed up for something called Columbia house online and it said in my contract that i have to purchase 5 full price movies however i did not see this and now months later they are sending me a bill saying if i do not pay they will send it to a collection agency however i am a minor only 16 and the same thing happened to my friend and she told me that her mom said that since we are not yet 18 years of age then the bill is void and we do not have to pay it is that true?
