Has anyone ever heard of Outback Bucks? I need a mailing address for them so I can send my cease and desist letter but I can't find any information about them anywhere. I have outback bucks payday loans fax number which is 1-866-659-0498. Maybe someone recognizes this number as another company.

Has anyone heard of these companies...are they legit? I have some serious debt left to pay. My husband and I have taken care of most of it but still have a judgement and a card in collections to handle. We cannot pay them off and need help...we are considering debt settlement or consumer credit. We do not want to go bankrupt. So, what do you think...need some direction..thanks!

I'm 4 mos late with all cc companies and therefore trying to settle before a chargeoff! BOA called and offered a settlement of $6500 on a $24000 debt payable over 4 mos. I immediately agreed but they won't put it in writing unless I give them my bank info and let them post date payments. 5hould I trust them?

Hi! I got a call last night from this company, they wanted my bank info to set up payment arrangements. I wanted a letter in writing about the debt but they said that on Friday a summons will be issued. What do I do next?

can I still get help, if my debt is turned over, to a collection attorney??
