Does anyone know the mailing address to husk hawk marketing?

I had an old USBank account that went into collections in 2005, and was closed later that year. I did not find out about the account being negative until a collection agency contacted me in 2007. I told the agency that I needed to know why the account went negative, because I had not taken any money out in quite some time. They could not give me the information, and did not contact me any further. Then in November 2007 I received a letter from KB Merrill stating that I owed $550 on the account. I called them and told them I disputed the debt, and would like additional information.

I live in Florida, and my husband has a Wamu card that is in collection with I C Systems. The man made it sound as though it is still with Wamu, and was not sold, but will be charged off soon. The gentleman on the phone just told me that because we live in Florida, the charge off will stay on his credit for 10 years. I thought that was a federal law of 7 years, unless it was a government debt, which it is not. I felt that he was not being truthful on this; correct?

I have a loan with zip19 and cant pay the whole thing at once. Should I still moneygram payments I can afford or just not pay at all since they say they don't accept "payments"?

I have received the following response from MTE Financial due to the fact that I submitted a complaint with the BBB. I have paid them $280 thus far for a $300 loan. They are trying to get another $200 from me instead of the $20 which I owe. Here is the email received: Quote:

They are represented by Legal Recovery Law Office. I found out about the lawsuit by checking the court website. I have not receive a summons/complaint yet. This law office has never once tried to contact me so this lawsuit came as a complete surprise to me. Because they have never contacted me, I never got the chance to ask for debt validation. I have 30 days to respond to the summons/complaint. Is it too late now to ask for DV? I have every intention of dealing with this lawsuit. I will not just let them get a judgement by default.
