Hi Everyone,
Due to a death in the family and a temporary cut in hours, I fell behind on an account with Dell Financial Services. The last payment I made was in late August, but that was for the past due amount.
Last week I went online and set up payment for 10/17/08, for $170, which is half of what is past due. I figured I would pay that, then pay the other half on my next payday (10/31/08). That way I could get back on track.
However, all this week I noticed calls from various 800 numbers. They never left messages, and when I answered, no one responded.
