How I can become an affiliate?

Hi! I started in two rehab programs (GRC & GC Services) in March 2008 and was told I would complete the term in November. But I just received a letter from GC stating they recently received payment towards completing my agreed rehab program and on behalf of NSLP, thanking me for timely payments etc...Doesn´t it last 9 months? What is the next step? Should I request a loan consolidation thru Direct Loans?

Hi there, I had a timeshare that was listed as a debt on my credit report for seven years. It is off now. However, the Company has went out of business and sold it to another Company. I have been getting bills but they haven't put anything on my credit reports. Are they able to list it again after the original debt went the distance of seven years?

I live in Minnesota and have 3 PDL's with MyCashNow, Honest Payday and USA Payday. Are these 3 operating legally?

Has anyone her used the services provided by DebtCC, asking them to represent you and to negotiate settlements with credit cards?

Hi. I have about 3 pay day loans out which I have received very unprofessional calls at work about unpaid pay day loans. 1st the reps told me I must pay by check. I explained how I no longer have an account then weeks later they said I must pay by money gram & a certain amt. No they are saying I will be served at work by a uniformed officer. Is this true? Can I still pay the loan. I'm willing to do whatever I mean I understand I must pay but can I make payments? Can they really summons me at work?

I have two payday loans and other various debts....Is there a way to pay the loans and my other debts in monthly payments?

How do you "rehab" a student loan?

Is a Xerox copy of an Old bill with charge-off amount Suffice to satisfy as Validation from a Collection agency?? And if so what would be a good settlement offer to write up to them on a 3,074 balance. They will not PFD.
