Hello…I stumbled across this place yesterday and cannot stop reading all of the wonderful advice! I was hoping to get a bit of advice specific to my situation. I have a lot of questions! First, I’m in Tennessee. I only have 4 pdl’s but I’ve had them some of them for FOUR years…Obviously you can see, I’ve thrown a lot of money away.

Cashland has filed suit against me. I was paying them through Town and Country. T & C sent me an email a while back showing the payments they had made and how Cashland did not send them back. Doesn't that mean they have accepted the arrangements and can't sue me?

I have seen posts with this information to do it yourself but I can't find the templates any where please help

what are my rights in tx regarding "attorneys" who call and harass? I'm unemployed and broke. what do I do?

Hi, They pretty much said they can not help me unless I default on the loan; then options will exist. Has anyone experienced this before?

i am getting this phone call from national recovery investigator about a payday loan i had. they said I will be arrested i told them i spoke to payday loan months ago and i would like to work on a payment scheadule but i didnt hear anything for a couple of months until last week. Please let me know if anybody went to jail for pay day loan.

Does the legal stuff in the sample letters apply to British Law or is it US?

Just curious ... what pdl companies actually give refunds? If you were lucky enough to get one, please share your method of action.
