I have a question for the one and only Soaplady, and of course for all the other wonderful people here as well, but I know the Soaplady is an expert on all of this subject. Soaplady Have you heard of a Law Firm called Fitzgerald from the state of Georgia? I have been getting my student loan information together but it is hard because it is about 25 years worth for a 2,500 dollar student loan that I have paid off over all this time. I have the check, money order stubs here somewhere.

Hi there-here is the number to my last thread, it wouldn't let me reply to it at all-odd. #400684 In response, yes I put the hold on my account, it was called a "Vacation Hold" And the next morning after my check had been deposited-it came to my attention that all of my payments and fees had come out, even though my bank told me that NOTHING would come out. To say the least, I was pretty upset and now I am even more upset because I have to take out another loan to pay my rent.

What happen when you paid of those negative account on your CR? are they suppose to be deleted, if not what should i do? Thanks advance

How do I file a warrant in debt against my ex-employer who terminated due to my response for them giving me a 30 day notice.

Hi guys, I'm new to this group but not new to the situation that we are all in. I live in Florida and have 4 ipdls. They are ameriloan, Loanshop online, United cash loans and kenwood services. I'm researching how much I have paid these guys and will post this soon, but my first question is, how many of these are legal in florida? I know i have paid Ameriloan over 600 for a 300 loan. The others as I said I'm still researching. Can anyone tell me which ones are legal and which ones aren't? This will help me decide which plan of action to take.

Any body have experience with these people? I took out a loan for 300 and have paid them 1200 to date. I cant find a number,web site, e-mail or anything from them.

I have an appointment next week with my attorney to go over filing a BK. Heck, I'm 58. My ex has shot my credit all to heck what with her getting the house in the divorce and being late on all the payments as well as being late on the 2nd. If I continue to struggle with these CC debt I'll be dead before anything is paid off. I just want to make it to 62...sell my biz and try to retire and live in some sort of peace and quite. I was fine with basically no debt till after the divorce. The CC's are charging me almost 30% interest!

Does anyone know if the J. Warren Financial Group is Legitimate and are they OK to use for debt settlement?
