What is a reputable company debt settlement?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I am glad that I found it! I am currently in Maryland and I received my PDLs through the internet. Here is my list and what they have debited from my account to date: US Fastcash: ($300 loan- paid $180) Cash plus/SGS Finance: ($300 loan- paid $144.83) EZpayday cash/UC Financial: ($400 loan - $430) Quickest-cash-advance/MTE Finanical: ($300 loan - $280) Oneclickcash: ($200 loan - $60) I also have a loan with CashNet USA but I know that is legal and it will be paid off next week. hello all, well you all are not going to believe this. Friday i went to cash my check and to pay a couple of bills. while the lady was handling my transaction, i happen to see a little 3 inch decal advertising no credit loans called ezcash. no i live in the state of mass. and i thought mass is prohibited from these types of loans. it must be, seeing the size of the advertisement. i would really like to blow them straight out of the water, as i wonder how many customers have seen that ad.

This is real dang annoying. A friend of mine used me as a reference, not a co-signer, nothing like that..just my name and number....to apply for a small loan. They called me and just verified her address and stuff, no biggy. Well, she defaulted on this loan and now that company has been calling ME asking me to contact her and tell her to pay. I have told them time and again that I can't twist her arm to make her pay and if she isn't paying I am sorry but what do they expect me to do? I was told point blank that they will continue to call ME until she pays back the loan.

My dad passed away in jan of 08 leaving behind credit card debt.He used one card to make auto payments for my nieces braces.Payment was scheduled for same day he died but took 6 days to post. CC company is saying it is fraud. What should my brother do?

I received a call about 2 weeks ago from First Source Advantage llc, which is a collection agency used by Capital One. They informed me that Capital One was preparing to file a lawsuit against me for my balance, lawyer fees, etc. The woman on the other line asked me what I wanted to do and I asked if it was possible to set up some sort of arrangement. I said that I could post-date checks in the amount of $252 for September 30 and October 15, and $564 for October 31.

I have an automated service that keeps leaving messages that I owe something. I have no idea what/who it is. Ive tried calling them back to no avail. I check my credit score at free credit report.com and didnt notice any outstanding debt. How do I resolve this or at least figure out who is trying to contact me?
